Terrible gel manicure that’s left nails damaged. Several nails chipped after only a few days, I went elsewhereto have removed and it took 90 mins. The base was applied very thickly but the therapist said there was something wrong with the texture and that this wasn’t a normal gel base. My nails have been destroyed trying to get this gel base off, what a waste of time and money.

The salon is always very dirty and not maintained, but I go here because it's one of the few places which uses Lycon Wax and sometimes the Indian ladies who do the waxing are skilled. On this occasion, the Indian lady who did my waxing, was quite rough and not very skilled. I repeatedly mentioned that I have sensitive skin but she kept applying hot wax onto the same areas over and over. Also, the application of the wax was very haphazard - she was putting it in the wrong places! Skin now bruised
