First experience with them was great, now was average. Nails chipped in less than 2 weeks. The therapist did not knew any english, a lady in her 60s that could not understand my demands. I was not confirmable at all, they did mani and pedi in the same time, hard to stay how they wanted when was was pulling your leg, the other your hand.
