I requested gel refills with gel colour and asked for French tip design, the shop was so busy and few technicians were taking turns on my nails which I didn't mind, I had 3 technicians do a part of the infills.
The latest technician who was doing the French tip was extremely rushing and not listening to my requests, and when I point out that there is a part that's messed up and colour was all over my skin and messed up design, she had a massive attitude with a frustrated smirk on her face!
