Not a gel manicure. Not a manicure either! She did not clean my nails, did not do my cuticles or clean the edges… no pre gel, no gel, just twice the color and then an oil… it took 20 mins in total. This is among the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to

Usually love beauty box but the wax was a bit rough, the therapist was very loud and then a client walked in whilst I was getting waxed! Doubt I’ll go back now

This was a treat for my mum and the lady did an amazing job of making her feel special. My mum accidentally touched her nail polish and she quickly fixed it and was very nice and understanding about this. Thank you for making my mums experience lovely!
