Usually love beauty box but the wax was a bit rough, the therapist was very loud and then a client walked in whilst I was getting waxed! Doubt I’ll go back now

This was a treat for my mum and the lady did an amazing job of making her feel special. My mum accidentally touched her nail polish and she quickly fixed it and was very nice and understanding about this. Thank you for making my mums experience lovely!

The lady cut too deep into one of my cuticles which left a stingy cut. Then the machine that drys your nails was dirt because some dust went onto my nails whilst they were drying and leaving bits on my nail polish. The lady who did my mums nails did an amazing job though and also made us feel welcome.
