Nervously booked this appointment as I've a head full of thick virgin natural hair that I was reluctantly having texturized. Owner and front of house was warm and welcoming and a smile that I don't believe faded at all throughout my entire time there (1hr max). Hairdresser Mariam was very friendly, gentle, sufficiently inquisitive about my hair journey and my expectations. She gave great and useful information on the product she was using and essentially aftercare advice. Fabulous customer care touch - upon leaving I was giving a contact number which I could call or text with any queries or concerns I may have thereafter.
