Came here once for facial threading which I can’t complain about. No issues with the treatment.
I booked another appointment which I was ten minutes late to due to an issue with trains beyond my control. The therapist said she didn’t have time to do my treatment (fair enough) but marked me as a no-show and refused to give me a refund even though she didn’t do the treatment. For a literal ten minutes! No flexibility in alternative timings offered. Would not return on that basis. Ripped off.
