Like the last review I read it needs more privacy, as the ladie opened the door I could see someone on an escalator , really needs a screen cover, however the ladie was good

Overall a lovely and very pleasant experience , so much so I could have fallen asleep, excellent customer service and I felt I was fully listened to with what end result/look I was wanting with my lashes.

Paid for an hour, got 25mins. Room is in the middle of shopping centre. Loud, bright, girl talked on the phone the whole time (through headphones) and customer were chapping door. Bed was not covered, neither was I. Bed was wrongly positioned, and the bit where you put your face was blocked. When I questioned the time of massage at desk she said ‘you can go back through and I’ll give you another 30 mins’ - not a chance! I as given a ‘free’ brow wax/tint. Company should not offer massage. Awful
