The staff did not know about my booking. The first coach was broken so I had to dress and change rooms. Some one walked in the room part way through my massage!

Lovely new and modern salon, great staff and great atmosphere. Really thrilled with my nails too, would definitely recommend to everyone. Both Milly and Lucy are fantastic hairdressers and beauticians. Will definitely be going back.
