We were happy with the facial but thought that we would have got more than just nails cut and toe nails painted with a full pedicure The young ladies were lovely and the treatment room was nice. Would go again

Not easy to find, no signs on the walls. Room rather warm so took my coat off but told I would have to put it on before nail varnish was applied as it would still be wet! Manicure was done on a massage bed and was quite dark in the room. Nails soaked,cream applied and massaged in, nails prepared. Asked which colour of varnish I would like, I selected two - the first choice top would not come off, second choice was too thick so picked another. Put my coat on and polish was applied, looked okay for my third choice! When leaving I was told it would be 2 hours before it was fully dry! I had to ask for my car keys to be taken out of my hand bag as nails were so wet. The colour looked really different in the daylight and I didn't really like it. Driving home was a nightmare,nails spoilt. I removed the varnish later that night. I had them done as I was going on holiday and thought they would look good. Could they not have been artificially dried before I left? I used a similar voucher and for the same price they used gel varnish which lasted 3 weeks! Waste of time and money.
