Thank you Catalina!! I gave 5 stars, but she is worthy at least 10! Catalina is incredibly friendly and nice, she's such a genuine person, I haven't been waxing in such a long time and I literally had to sit and talk to myself in the mirror before booking a Hollywood appointment, but as soon as I met Catalina, she put me at ease, she has such a lovely energy that makes you feel calm, she guided me through breathing while waxing and it turned out as the most painless treatment I've ever had!
