Mehak was polite and friendly.
The treatment room however, had clumps of wax on the floor, which needed cleaning. Some basic tips for improving customer service, I would recommend that the treatment bed,is lowered to a level where the customer is able to climb up on to it. The temperature of the wax being used, is first tested by the therapist, on their own skin, before potentially burning the customer, because it was too hot to be used directly on the client.

Touched trash with gloves during wax without changing gloves. Asked to change and complied, but shouldn’t have done that. More money in person than when booking because normal wax wouldn’t take off hair but used normal wax for some of the hair and it worked. Still charged for hot wax.
