Unfortunately I realised it once we had started that the therapist only used 1 spatula through the whole treatment and dipped back into the pot which is really unhygienic practice & can spread things through clients.
Also left a lot of wax on after that I had to clean myself - also left hair I had to ask her to tweeze.
Was okay for a very short notice booking but I definitely wouldn’t be back due to the hygiene.
