Went in for the first time for a wax and the atmosphere was slightly hostile. Not the best first impression but I’ll give them another go, perhaps the therapist was having a rough day… but still. Was in an out within 12 minutes

I think the waxing was OK. I did ask the member of staff what is her technique as I have found sometimes an incorrect technique can lead to unnecessarily pulling of skin etc.
I got a blank look and no answer back?
Whilst the person was not bad, she did do exactly what I asked her not to in a couple of occasions. It wasn't the worst ever but the whole experience could be improved I think.
