The wash basin they wash your hair in was broken and moving down if I put and weight on it, so I had to hold my head hovering which was very uncomfortable. I also noticed that the basin was filled with hair from other clients and there was a big clump of hair in the plug and they asked me to put my hair in it without cleaning it first which was very offputting.
