I booked my appointment with Buket on 15/07 well in advance specifically asking or her as my usual lady wasn’t around. A few days before my appointment was due I got a reminder to say I was booked with Maria (not something I asked for). Needless to say I was beyond disappointed as I was not made aware of this change so I have emailed the manager (Buket) asking for explanation...and I’m still waiting for her reply. I know she read my email but she had no curtesy to reply. Awful!
