The manicure was of an OK standard. I felt as if the technician was tugging a bit too hard when trying to remove my cuticles and in the end they werent tidied properly. I was not asked what shape I wanted my nails or how short except asked if I wanted them all the same length. Hand scrub and massage was a welcome surprise.
