Lovely girl and very customer friendly. I wax regularly so I am used to the pain bur this one was different. The wax was sometimes too hot and left on to dry on my skin too long so it was harder to grip and rip the hair in 1 go. Attention to detail was also lacking for me a bit as there were patches of hair left behind after she said she was done so i had to undress again. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I'm left with a lot of ingrown hairs, a lot more than usual

I booked to get my eyebrows done after 5 months in lockdown and it was really needed! Jaimini was my therapist and she ensured all customers followed the new rules to keep everybody safe if the salon. This was very reassuring and comforting. I am also very happy with how my eyebrows were done and I would book with Jaimini and the salon again.
