I use to be a regular, come all the time. She free hand cut my hair so badly then when realised how uneven it was, she proceeded to cut it dry making it worse. She didn’t use scissors to do it the professional way. Left me in tears. I will NEVER come back. Such a shame gamzy/Maria has left. Worse haircut I’ve had my whole life. She wasn’t even apologetic when I’m pointing at the zig zag cut hair directly too her, when I told her stop cutting dry she tried to continue but it was getting worse
