The beautician was personable but was quite rough waxing me and it felt she was rushing through. When I went home, I realised that there were still areas that weren’t waxed which I had to clean up myself.
I also didn’t appreciate the derogatory comments that she made about Tottenham. I understand Tottenham is not for everyone but you shouldn’t make rude comments about the town in which your clients are from.
