I done HD eyebrows and it was completely ruined, like slugs on my face and wonky. Threading and wax was done and my skin got pulled off from the aftermath. Service was great only because the technician knew it was really bad from the staffs face. I walked out with no complaint and didn’t ask for the refund purely because I was so embarrassed for myself and have anxiety so was just done with the whole experience. Poor service! (The person who done my eyebrows was not puket but someone else)
