Not at all happy after gel nail removal - no use of acetone, and nails were drilled, filed and buffed like there was no tomorrow. When I pointed out how scratched my nails were after, I was told that was normal and asked if it was my first time having them removed(!) My nails now look and feel like sandpaper - they honestly would have been healthier if I picked the gel off. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you want to keep your nails healthy :(
