The treatment itself (threading and a tint) was good. Unfortunately, both times I have been the salon has been filthy. So dirty i balance my bag on my lap because even the sides are not clean enough to put it down on. All the furniture is covered in dust, hairs, old wax, eyelashes, and same with the floors, shelves, skirting boards. There is even used eyebrow brushes and was spatulas over the floor. Everywhere you look is filthy, which makes me uncomfortable to touch anything, but also makes me concerned about cross contamination and an infection. The salon is always empty so it’s not like they are too busy to properly clean it.

It’s a no from me, won’t be back. Especially after trying somewhere else I realised how much the service wasn’t up to scratch, even making excuses for not taking off my short hairs. She’s very lovely but unfortunately skills weren’t there.
