Don’t think the definition brows were done properly… dye not left on brows long enough due to being busy and trying to rush through customers. HD brows only lasted 2 days instead of the 4-6 weeks as advertised.

Unfortunately the booking system was really a let down in my overall experience. So, having made my booking and paying in advance, it turns out they didn’t receive my booking on the other side. I waited over 20 minutes and was nearly skipped over until I made a fuss. Panna herself was very apologetic and I loved what she did on my brows but the whole experience left me feeling less than pleased which was disappointing.
