I booked eyebrow tinting. They gave ma a patch test 2 days before. When I arrived they ignored me and we're speaking in their Indian language.
Eventually they told me I wasn't suitable for the treatment as my eyebrows were sparse.
It wasted my time as they could have told me that previously when giving the patch test!
They weren't friendly or welcoming or knowledgeable. They weren't bothered.
One of them walked off.
