Treatment wasn't actually done. I wanted to book eyebrow and upper lip threading but for some reason, the system only allowed me to book 1 treatment even though there were slots available. I made a note about this hoping that they would allow correct time. Instead they never checked that and argued with me that I have done something wrong and the system was perfect. All my explanations were dismissed. No effort was made to accommodate me or rearrange for another time.

After lockdown seeing that the staff kept the safety measures, cleaned after every client, providing hand sanitizer and using PPE at all times. I was very pleased with both the cleanliness and the final result of my brows! Thank you 🙏🏻
