had to wait about ten minutes for the room to be set up for my appointment. wax too hot at times and had to get underarms threaded for all the hair to come out (this has not happened to me before). some uncomfortable hand placement during my leg wax. some wax strips fell on the floor and she proceeded to use them on my legs anyways. the woman waxing me was nice but not well trained I think
