Deepika was very good ,but the two girls need to stop talking in their language as its a bit offensive, I didn't mind im a gujararti, I understand what they were saying .
It doesn't look professional, also there was a lady annoying them, maybe put a clear bold sign saying any abusive behaviour to staff is taken very seriously.

My mum goes to Deepika,I live in Leamington spa,I came to with my mum ax I loved the way my mums eyebrows were done.
I sat down she listened and I was very satisfied as im very perticul how I want my eyebrows.
You had a lady pestering your staff, she was actually doing my head in ,
But deepika dealt with it and told urvasi what to do.
I think my suggestion is put a notice on board not to harass staff as its an offense .
I would go back and have my eyebrows done again when im that way
