The Beautician was friendly and professional. My only complaint was that she didn't have and therefore didn't use, a professional face steaming machine. Instead, after complaining about the pain, she used hot flannels which she placed over my nose area three times for about a minute each time. This was not enough to open my pores, soften my skin to the extent needed for a much easier, less painful extraction of blackheads. I wouldn't book at this location unless this equipment was in use.
