I had a eyebrow wax and the lady that i saw was nit the person that i would normally see. The lady was not concentrating as she was talking to another customer and ended up dropping wax on my hair and neck. She then gave me the cotton wall to clean it up. She said that 'this sometimes happens' in a very casual way as if it was no big deal. I had to cut some of my hair to get the dry wax out of it. Not impressed!
