Came here last minute and the beautician had no idea how a BIAB removal is done, drilled my full nail down, then told me she cannot get the bottom layer off. I now have half a bottom layer of BIAB on some nails and others are red raw. Steer clear :(

The staff was lovely and welcoming, the nail artist was gentle with my nails during the treatment to ensure my nails wouldn’t be damaged during the removal.
