NEW OWNERSHIP, bad standards. I asked for a dry, naked manicure, which took 13 minutes. The nail tech got really annoyed and told me I am “too sensitive” when my cuticles were not softened to cut and my nails were hacked off unevenly. The nail tools were not sanitised. I used to visit for Tunde - the previous nail tech - she was AMAZING (used antiseptic spray on tools and feet; never got annoyed; took care in her work). I wish I knew where the old tech Tunde went!!
