Beauty Avenue went above and beyond my expectations. I was able to make a booking last minute for eyebrow threading and added brow lamination on the day without any hassle. Priya was kind, polite and attentive. She was very experienced and made my eyebrows look fantastic. I will definitely be returning again!

The therapist came into the room before I was ready and didn’t leave anything to cover myself with. The room was unclean and silent, save from the therapist sniffling and yawning about once every 20 seconds which I found extremely unprofessional and offputting. The massage was lazy and lacklustre - no pressure at all, it was more of a back rub/stroke while she was sitting down. I have obvious tension in my shoulders and she made no effort to massage out my knots. Really disappointing.

Smart and clean salon, easy booking process. Priya did a great job with the hot wax, it was quick, efficient and painless. Would recommend this salon to anyone, great location too on Grays Inn Road not far from Kings Cross St Pancras, Chancery Lane and Farringdon.
