Staff lovely unfortunately felt rushed. Did not use cuticle cutters at all on fingers or toes which made the finish look less polished. I should have said something at the time but felt uncomfortable doing so.

Megan was great at applying firm pressure when needed in my knots, but being soothing and relaxing where possible. The longer session gave her the time to give me a full body massage but work the problem areas effectively.
