I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. I asked for a nail design that the member of staff went ahead with, however in the end the member of staff said she could not do that design, very misleading and I had to pay for what had been done even though it was not what I wanted. Recommend confirming the price before treatment is done as myself and another customer had additional charges at the end that we were not aware of. I am only commenting on a gel manicure maybe other treatments are better.

Sabita was amazing! Put me at ease during my wax and was especially caring to the point that I would say it's probably the most painless waxing experience I have ever had! Would 100% recommend and have already booked to go back :)
