They started doing extensions instead of just gel polish, even though we had pre booked and paid. So the process took 40 mins longer. They were also stingy with the amount of coats applied as you could see the top of my natural nails.

The customer service was good, however they did not have the correct equipment to be doing nails. she started filing my nails with a regular file, They’ve only started doing nails 2 months ago and haven’t invested in mechanical tools. my whole set was done with just one file and one buffing tool. The gel was not correctly blended in with the extension and left a bumpy texture. They also charge extra for French tip which doesn’t have a clean finish.

10/10. Always pleased with the service. The atmosphere is amazing and staff are so friendly and welcoming. This is my go to salon. I’ve moved away but still travel down just to get my treatments done here. It’s so amazing
