Unfortunately I felt like I wasted my money. The hard gel nail service I received was disappointing. The application was rushed and imprecise, resulting in uneven coats, smudges, and inconsistent nail shapes. The finish lacked attention to detail. Also I didn't appreciate the fact that a first lady start filing my nails while standing, the nail file went more on my cuticles than on the actual nail (it was very painful), a second lady has done the extensions, and another applied the polish.

I was left with scuffed nails and with gel polish still visible. A second technician had to come in to provide a better finish, but my nails still look scratched and in bad condition. Really disappointed.
