They were running late before I arrived but nobody called to inform me. Waited for such a long time, I thought they actually forgot me in the treatment room. Treatment was rushed. Went home and tweezed to my standard

My beautician was not Sabita but she was there and very friendly. My beautician spent ages on my nails asking me if I was OK with her work throughout. They were all lovely and worked quite hard to finish the job. They also had parking outside which is a major plus for me.
