Very disappointing. I booked a 10:30am pedicure two days in advance. After sitting in heavy traffic to arrive on time, I was told to wait 20 minutes because a walk-in had been prioritised over my booking. I was then told I’d “missed” yesterday’s appointment, even though it was booked for today. Instead of acknowledging the salon’s mistake, I was made to feel like it was mine. As a regular customer, I expected much better.
