First time having a lash lift so was a bit anxious , staff did their utmost to put me at ease. Explained everything fully and continually ask if I was ok - really pleased with end results! Totally love my lashes and will definitely be returning for more treatments

The lady that did my nails was very welcoming, I was offered something to drink and was seen to relatively quickly. I love the colour, shape and thickness of my nails and would have given 4/5 stars however, they aren't very smart/smooth around the edges (near cuticle), and one nail has already chipped slightly. I feel that because of this they will be prone to catch on to things, water will get underneath, and may lift away from the nail soon, meaning it won't last the recommended 2-3 weeks. It's a shame as I am looking for somewhere to do SNS regularly.

Fantastic underarm wax here, I have been many times. My only slight niggle is even though I always book in advance they never seem prepared and take a few minutes to go and get the room ready. Only a minor thing, it wouldn’t put me off.
