After not having my wax done for MONTHS the beautician really did an exceptional job in minimising the pain. It was way better then I deserved :). I will definitely be going back
It was lovely, as usual! Obviously as it has been four months with them closed, they were running behind but they were transparent about this & did the best they could.
I got there on time but had to wait an extra 20-25 minutes for my treatment even though I pre-booked and paid 4-5 days in advance. Not ideal especially as I was working from home and I needed to get the treatment done during my lunch hour. I had to text my both line manager and my colleague to explain. Thankfully they were both understanding about it and my colleague very kindly covered for me until I was back online at home so that he could take his lunch break. Overall the treatment was good.
