The massage was appalling - The lady was yawning during treatment time. She was rubbing my body rather than massaging. Whilst rubbing my arm, she was pulling on my hair, so I had to move it out of the way myself. Mid way, the relaxing music changed to religious hymns so I had to ask for this to be changed.
No technique was used, usual problems areas were ignored, i.e. calves, neck. I booked a 1 hour steam massage. No steam was used, the treatment started 5 mins late and the time was not made up
