Today I had an extended full body deep tissue massage with hot steam towel. Absolute Bliss. I highly recommend trying this as the extra time and dimension of having the head neck and decolletage at the end really compliments the full body massage. I slept very well! Tika and Sabita are fantastic and so attentive at this massage. Will be back!

A lot more painful than usual, but I’m pleased with the result. Would be nice to have some music playing in the room to create an ambiance- would have helped me to relax more. My therapist was 15 mins late and didn’t apologise for this. The other therapist working there apologised however.
