Amazing service the only issue was after paying for washing of my hair 10 pounds then didn't dry ut fully on a very cold day.

Really lovely ladies and they tried very hard to be accommodating but I did think my treatment was rushed. I paid for the extended massage but people were coming in and out, having conversations and I felt very exposed throughout. The massage itself was fine but I do not think it was anywhere near the time specified- just a lot of time spent with a steam machine that didn’t do very much for me. I don’t think I’ll go back- but I think it was just a very busy day for them.
