The treatments were great. Felt like the beauticians strive to make every treatment perfect. It didn't feel rushed, and I didn't feel like a burden to them. It was a very busy morning for them, and I arrived 15mins late (apologies), but they were still pleasant, professional and non-judgemental (it has been a while since I last went to a salon).
