My 1st visit here today probably my last. I was made to wait due to a staff shortage but each time a walk-in customer came in they just jumped on accommodating them rather than cracking on with my manicure. The place has a heating issue too and when my pedicure was finally over she dried my feet in tepid air ! I came away with a cold and when I got home I looked at the colour application and saw a really bad job done. I asked for a refund for the manicure I never got but still waiting for that.

Really lovely experience the massage was so relaxing the lady was lovely it was my first massage she was really good my brows are really nice and symmetrical a really good experience
