Had to wait 30 mins after my appointment time before my treatment began. No discussion about the treatment before it began. Initially relaxing but the microdermabrasion felt quite brutal and I was left with scratches on my neck that remain after 48 hours. I was left for 15 mins in the room by myself when the face mask was on. In all other facials I’ve been to, that time is used for a neck/shoulder massage etc but it wasn’t the case here if you are expecting that.
