Rude, unprofessional staff. Used improper waxing technique and left me waiting for over 35 minutes total. After complaint about this, I asked how much any additional extras would be and got no answer. Technician proceeded with the extras only after added a bill nearly as much as my original treatment and was very rude when I said I was unhappy with my poor service. Was told I should be grateful they even saw me after they changed my apt time and made me miss another apt due to the excessive wait
