I booked an appointment to have eye brows waxed, it was rescheduled by the beauty salon with 15 minutes notice making it impossible to get there. They still took the money for the treatment. I have contacted beauty salon but not responded.
Unacceptable and definitely wouldn’t use again.

My 1st visit here today probably my last. I was made to wait due to a staff shortage but each time a walk-in customer came in they just jumped on accommodating them rather than cracking on with my manicure. The place has a heating issue too and when my pedicure was finally over she dried my feet in tepid air ! I came away with a cold and when I got home I looked at the colour application and saw a really bad job done. I asked for a refund for the manicure I never got but still waiting for that.
