Had the most awful haircut ever. Never get your fringe cut here, it turned out uneven and messy.
My stylist didn’t use anything in between my face and my hair, risking cutting my eyebrows. All the places I’ve been to for touch ups used something to protect my face from the scissors.
I was also left with bits of my hair on my face when I was done, and then she let me clean my face with a wet towel.
Extremely disappointed, considering I paid £30 for this. I had to come back for a redo (free).
