Not a great overall experience. Firstly, I had wait 15 minutes before I could be seen because the therapist was running behind schedule. Unfortunately the therapist I was met with was not very professional. She didn’t use a timer when she left the room so I guess she just estimated the minutes the solution needed to be on my eyes and kept going in and out of the main room to have her lunch and a very loud personal conversation with another therapist also having her lunch. All during my session!
