I really like this salon. It's in a great location, close to Oxford Circus tube. The staff are really friendly and very fast and customers get to help themselves to free hot drinks and biscuits. There is also free wifi. Highly recommended.

Fantastic as always, Holly is very welcoming and waxes faster than any beautician I've been to! She's incredibly thorough, no complaints whatsoever

Small waxing room was clinical but dirty, with discarded waxing instruments. I told the friendly, but seemingly incapable, waxer I hadn't been for a while - she failed to trim the hair and it was incredibly painful. There was pain for at least a week afterwards, and several patches of hair she failed to remove. I would avoid.

There is a great ambience and have been here a few times now. Great at gel nails and I would try other treatments too.

Nicer welcome would have made the difference. I felt bizarre at each of my questions in the appointment. Place could be nice though, and service ( coffee area ) is nice.
