My appointment was not in the diary due to a system error but the staff were very professional and managed to squeeze me in nonetheless. Very friendly therapist and impressive wax.

Overall I had a good experience at Muse - I received a pleasant welcome on arrival, the therapist was polite and she did a good job. The only slight issue was that the waxing room itself was very small and looked rather dirty. I think their spring clean is a bit overdue!
